**Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking to move into a primary school?**
Aspire People are currently recruiting **Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators** to support primary schools across Manchester.
With schools now back for the new academic year, we're looking to speak with Early Years professionals who are available for work and want to use their existing experience within a school environment.
This could be an ideal opportunity if you've worked within **Nursery, Preschool, Day Nursery or Early Years settings** and want to broaden your experience across Reception and the wider primary sector.
**The Role May Include:**
* Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
* Supporting play-based learning and exploration
* Developing communication and language
* Supporting early phonics and literacy
* Developing early Maths and number skills
* Supporting personal, social and emotional development
* Assisting with observations and assessment
* Supporting classroom routines and transitions
* Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
* Working alongside teachers and wider EYFS staff
**We're Looking For:**
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience
* Recent experience working with young children
* Strong understanding of child development
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Nurturing, patient and creative approach
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with children
Experience supporting children with **SEND or additional needs** would be advantageous.
