Aspire People are recruiting experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced TA or HLTA who is confident taking on additional responsibility within the classroom and supporting teachers to deliver high-quality learning.
The Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Leading small-group interventions and targeted learning activities
* Covering classes and delivering pre-planned lessons when required
* Supporting pupils to make progress across the curriculum
* Working alongside class teachers to adapt learning and provide additional support
* Helping to maintain positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment
* Taking on additional responsibilities within the wider school
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working as a HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Confident leading groups and supporting whole-class learning
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Able to work independently and use initiative
* Reliable, adaptable and professional
