These terms apply to the Finder site for United Kingdom and to every regional site of the Finder network. By using the site you agree to the rules below. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.
1. What Finder provides
Finder is a search engine over job vacancies published in public sources. We provide search, filters, email-free browsing, saved jobs, and a resume builder with PDF export. The service is provided free of charge for job seekers.
2. Vacancies and third-party content
Vacancy descriptions, company names and salaries originate from their sources and belong to their respective owners. Finder shows them for information purposes and always links to the original posting.
We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party posting is error-free, still open, or that the employer will respond. Applying for a job and any resulting relationship happen strictly between you and the employer on the employer's side.
3. Your account
Signing in uses your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for the actions performed under your Finder profile.
You may delete your account at any time in the profile settings; this permanently removes your profile, saved vacancies and resume from our systems.
4. Resume builder
Content you enter into the resume builder remains yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to share the information it contains. We generate the PDF for your personal use in job applications.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, mass-scrape the site, publish unlawful content through any of its features, or use Finder to mislead employers or job seekers.
6. Intellectual property
The Finder name, logo, design and software are protected and belong to the Finder project. Vacancy content belongs to its original publishers.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Finder is not an employment agency, does not act on behalf of employers and is not a party to any employment relationship. To the extent permitted by law, Finder is not liable for decisions you make based on information found through the service.
Never pay anyone for employment and never share banking codes or one-time passwords: legitimate employers do not ask for them.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
