The Role:
* Delivering engaging lessons across the Primary National Curriculum
* Planning and adapting learning to meet pupil needs
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Managing behaviour and maintaining high expectations
* Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate feedback
* Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
* Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
* Following school policies, routines, and safeguarding procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Recent experience teaching within a primary school
* Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
* Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
* Able to adapt quickly to different school environments
* Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
* Passionate about pupil progress and creating positive learning experiences
