Aspire People are currently recruiting Early Career Teachers and newly qualified Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

The Role:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
* Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
* Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
* Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher working towards completing their ECT induction
* Recent experience teaching within a primary school
* Good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
* Confident classroom management skills
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
