We are currently recruiting an Unqualified Teacher in Milton Keynes to work within an Alternative Provision supporting pupils who may have struggled to engage within mainstream education.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in education, youth work, sports coaching or mentoring who is confident supporting young people with additional needs and challenging behaviours.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across a range of subjects.
• Support pupils who may present with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Build positive relationships and encourage engagement in learning.
• Manage challenging behaviour using a calm, consistent and positive approach.
• Work alongside experienced teaching and support staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring or youth work setting.
• Confident managing challenging behaviour.
• Resilient, adaptable and enthusiastic.
• A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to education.

Pay: £120-£180 per day, depending on experience.
