SAP Delivery Manager

A leading global technology and consulting organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to join a high-profile enterprise environment. Working remotely, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of SAP services, while collaborating with both internal stakeholders and customer teams.

Your New Role
As an SAP Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP services, ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, and customer expectations are consistently met. You will manage operational performance, drive service improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing SAP services against agreed SLAs and contractual obligations
• Overseeing ITIL service management processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Leading and coordinating the resolution of high-priority incidents
• Producing and delivering service reports and performance metrics
• Managing supplier relationships and conducting service reviews
• Supporting service transitions and handovers into production
• Engaging with technical delivery teams to drive operational excellence
• Monitoring service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Managing operational risks, RAID activities, and governance requirements
• Supporting resource planning, capability development, and team growth
• Contributing to financial performance, forecasting, and profitability management
• Promoting a culture of continuous service improvement and innovation

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in SAP Service Delivery Management or SAP Managed Services
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes and best practices
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, service reporting, and operational performance
• Ability to manage high-priority incidents and service escalations
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and operational teams
• Knowledge of supplier/vendor management and governance frameworks
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Experience managing operational risks and service improvement initiatives
• ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience is desirable
• Eligibility to undergo BPSS clearance
