Legal & Data Framework Project Manager
£750-£850/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid (3 days onsite, up to 5 days initially) | 2-Month Contract | Extensions Expected

We're supporting a major Financial Services transformation programme and are looking for a Business Transformation / Regulatory Change Project Manager with proven experience delivering change across Client Onboarding, CLM, Data Governance, KYC/AML, and Target Operating Models.

Key Requirements

• Financial Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Custody, or Investment Banking
• Client Onboarding / Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• KYC, AML, Financial Crime, or Regulatory Change
• Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Frameworks
• Target Operating Models (TOM), Process Mapping, and Process Improvement
• Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology
• Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and change delivery

Please Note:
This is a business change and transformation role, not a Technical PM or IT Delivery position.
To be considered, you must have demonstrable experience delivering Regulatory Change, Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Data Governance, or Operating Model transformation programmes within Financial Services.
