Complete Classroom Services is currently seeking a passionate, committed and experienced Year 5 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Luton from January 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher looking for a full-time role where they can take ownership of their own classroom, make a positive impact on pupils' learning and contribute to the wider school community.

The role:

• Full-time Year 5 Class Teacher.
• January 2027 start.

• Full class teacher responsibilities.
• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Taking responsibility for the progress, attainment and development of all pupils within the class.
• Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress.
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those requiring additional support.
• Maintaining effective communication with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Contributing to staff meetings, planning sessions and wider school activities.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Ideally have previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be confident planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons.
• Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Be organised, adaptable and committed to providing excellent teaching and learning.
• Be able to take full responsibility for a Year 5 classroom.
