Complete Classroom Services is working with a primary school in Luton that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher for a January 2027 start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed teacher to take responsibility for their own class, support pupils through an important stage of their primary education and play an active role in their academic and personal development.

The role:

• Full-time Year 3 Class Teacher.
• January 2027 start.
• Salary paid in line with the teacher pay scale, depending on experience.
• Full class teacher responsibilities and ownership of the classroom.
• Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils.
• Monitoring, assessing and reporting on pupil progress and attainment.
• Establishing clear expectations and maintaining effective classroom behaviour management.
• Creating a stimulating, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Identifying pupils who may require additional intervention or support.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and the wider school team.
• Maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have previous experience teaching within a primary school.
• Ideally have experience across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Be confident delivering the Year 3 curriculum and supporting pupils with the transition into Key Stage 2.
• Have excellent planning, assessment and classroom management skills.
• Be enthusiastic about developing children's confidence, independence and love of learning.
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to teaching.
• Be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for every child.
