Salesforce Solution Architect
Remote / Hybrid (UK)
Initial 6-Month Contract
Competitive Day Rate (Outside IR35 subject to assessment)

We're supporting a client undertaking a large-scale Salesforce transformation and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead solution design and provide technical leadership across the programme.

You'll be responsible for shaping the overall Salesforce architecture, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and platform best practice.

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across multiple workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts and Consultants.
• Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns and security frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
• Review and validate technical designs, user stories and implementation approaches.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance and platform limitations.
• Support project planning, estimation and technical risk management.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and platform capabilities.
• Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business leaders.
• Experience overseeing integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, automation and data architecture.
• Ability to balance business objectives with technical constraints.

• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certification.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or Revenue Cloud.
• Previous involvement in large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes.
• Experience within regulated or public sector environments.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly desirable.
