Location: London
Contract Length: 12 month contract
Pay rates: £380 per day Umbrella
The role
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring every vendor partner follows governance frameworks, playbooks and certification standards, and holding vendors accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery on the floor. You will act as the "enablement voice in the room" with stakeholders, owning the relationship and bringing insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day rollout of the BPO Strategy across all vendor partners in UK, AU, Canada and ROW, keeping every program on track against agreed milestones and goals.
- Ensure BPO enablement teams understand standards and expectations to design, build and deliver sales training, onboarding, and quality assessment.
- Drive a consistent quality assurance and sales coach process across all vendor partners, assessing coaching plans, consultant conversations and training delivery insights.
- Train vendor partners to deliver onboarding, sales methodology and product training to standard so it runs without direct internal facilitation.
- Own the relationship with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on all BPO enablement matters.
- Hold vendor leadership accountable for executing against agreed frameworks, playbooks and business goals, escalating and resolving gaps in performance or compliance.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Partner Operations or L&D Strategy, ideally spanning international or multi-region vendor relationships.
- Previous experience managing BPO/third-party vendor relationships programs across more than one region (EMEA, APAC, Canada or LATAM).
- Expert understanding of BPO operational models and how to drive accountability within third-party organisations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent programs and vendor relationships, keeping execution on track against agreed goals and deadlines.
- Strong communication and consultancy skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, get to the root cause of a situation, and influence people across multiple vendor organisations.
- Data and AI literacy, with a proactive approach to proposing solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
