Partner Education & Scaled Learning Lead (B2B SaaS/FinTech)
About this job
Partner Education & Scaled Learning Lead (B2B SaaS/FinTech)
London - hybrid working, 2 days per week on-site. Initial 12 month contract with potential for extension, to start as soon as possible. £445-£485pd inside IR35.
A global SaaS and FinTech leader is seeking a high-calibre Partner Education Strategist to architect, build and scale an end-to-end partner learning engine across the UK and international markets. You will design the overarching education architecture that translates complex platform features, product launches, workflow bottlenecks and regulatory changes into high-converting learning paths.
Important to note, this is an end-to-end architecture and programme strategy position, not a live delivery or design/asset-creation role. You will own the strategic frameworks, learner pathways and programme blueprints, partnering with Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing and external production agencies who handle asset creation.
What You'll Do:
- Architect the Scaled Learning Engine: Design multi-format learning pathways (interactive digital walkthroughs, live/on-demand webinars, bite-sized modules) tailored to accounting and finance practitioners across the UK and EMEA regions.
- Drive Commercial Growth & Retention: Connect training directly to key business metrics, including partner activation, feature adoption velocity, retention lift and lifetime value.
- Bridge Product, Regulatory & GTM: Translate technical software workflows, frequent product releases and statutory changes into clear, structured curriculum agendas that solve core friction points for practitioners.
- Establish Repeatable, Localised Frameworks: Build modular content models and delivery frameworks that can be localised across international territories with minimal operational friction.
- Leverage AI & Modern Learning Tech: Integrate AI tools and modern learning technologies to accelerate curriculum planning, measure learner engagement and optimise educational pathways.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience within B2B SaaS, FinTech or complex multi-product digital ecosystems.
- Proven track record in Partner/Channel Education, Customer Education or adoption-focused Product Marketing (PMM).
- Proven capability to build frameworks from scratch, manage cross-functional stakeholders (PMM, GTM, Product Enablement) and direct external production vendors.
- Strong ability to prove business impact beyond vanity metrics (shifting from simple attendance tracking to feature adoption, retention and expansion).
- Hands-on experience utilising automation, modern learning platforms and AI-driven workflows to drive efficiency.
