Content Design Lead (Global Product, Agency) | Contract | £520/day
Old Street, London, Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in-house, rest remote · 12 months · Start mid to late November

A global digital agency needs a Content Design Lead to work on a client project for a global supply chain and logistics company. The role covers the client's customer website and mobile app, used in many countries.

You must have agency or consultancy experience. The client will only look at people who have worked agency side for commercial clients.

The contract is 12 months at £520 a day, starting mid to late November.

What you'll do

• Set content standards, terms and design patterns for the website and app
• Agree how content is written, approved, translated and published with the client's business and product owners
• Work in agile product teams from discovery through to design, build and testing
• Help the client keep content consistent across countries while allowing for local needs
• Use data, customer feedback and support data to improve the content over time

What you'll need

• Agency or consultancy experience, working on commercial client projects
• Strong content design, UX writing and information architecture skills
• Experience working on global products used in several countries
• Experience working in agile product teams
• Experience creating content standards, style guides and pattern libraries
• Able to work well with client stakeholders, UX, business and tech teams

• £520 per day
• Start mid to late November (after 2 to 3 weeks of background checks)
• 12 months
• Inside IR35 (Umbrella only, no Ltd company or Sole Trader)
• Old Street, London, Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in-house, rest remote
• Full-time, 5 days a week
• Agency or consultancy experience is essential
