We have a Bliss Baby Charter Bronze Award and as part of this, updated areas of the unit to improve the neonatal journey for families. Also hosted in the trust are the Regional transport Service and the core ODN Team, which also offer unique opportunities to staff wishing to broaden their experience outside of the NICU.
