Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)
Contract: 12-month assignment
Pay Rate: £19.23 per hour
Hours: 35 per week | Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Development & Execution: Support the Digital Brand Marketing Manager in delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, experiential, and broadcast platforms.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring bold ideas to life and ensure brand consistency.
Media Planning & Innovation: Maximise campaign impact through smart media planning and by integrating emerging media opportunities.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product, sales, and PR teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Data-Driven Optimisation: Use analytics to refine campaigns, improve performance, and generate high-quality leads.
Performance Reporting: Present campaign results and ROI insights to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury automotive or premium consumer goods industry.
Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and product launches.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including VOD, social media, and experiential marketing.
Clear understanding of the marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys.
Experience working with creative and media agencies.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for campaign performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach.
