Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident adult trained Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to work within our Flow Team as part of the LLR discharge hub.

You will be supporting 13 community hospital wards in the allocation, safe transfer and discharge of patients coming into and leaving the wards.

If this appeals to you, then we should talk. You can make a real difference to patients, supporting them to be in the right place at the right time to meet their needs.

We currently have an agile working environment and divide working time between the 8 sites within Community Health Services, so the ability to drive and access to a vehicle that can be used for work purposes is essential.

Important note for candidates: unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. If you require sponsorship please do not apply as we will be unable to shortlist you.
