- Entity Oversight: Drive P&L and balance sheet variance analysis with FP&A and present quarterly balance sheet fluctuation commentary to senior stakeholders (including the CAO).
- Technical Accounting & Controls: Advise on new accounting standards (specifically Revenue Recognition and Leases), research local GAAP/US GAAP positions, and support SOX compliance.
- Business Partnering: Partner closely with Product Offerings, Corporate Tax, FP&A, and Treasury teams, ensuring compliance across transfer pricing and local tax filings.
This role could be right for you if you have:
- Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with strong post-qualification industry experience.
- Audit & Month-End Track Record: Demonstrable experience driving external statutory audits and managing complex month-end closes for multi-currency legal entities.
- Accounting Standards: Deep technical expertise in US GAAP (essential) and IFRS / Local GAAP.
- Systems & Review Skills: Proficiency in large ERP packages (Oracle Financials preferred), with a track record of reviewing team outputs and setting strong accounting standards.
