Creative Director Team

We're looking for an exceptional Creative Director team to join a leading creative agency on a freelance basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a team with big ideas, outstanding craft and the ambition to create work that competes with the very best in London and globally.

The role

• Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns, setting the creative bar and pushing ideas to their full potential.
• Bring fresh thinking, originality and a strong point of view to every brief, delivering work that stands out for both its concept and execution.
• Guide and mentor the wider creative team, helping midweight creatives develop their ideas and reach their full potential.
• Work closely with the CCO and wider agency teams to shape the creative output and maintain consistently high standards.
• Champion collaboration across disciplines, bringing teams together to create impactful, culturally relevant work.

What we're looking for

• An established Creative Director team with an exceptional portfolio of integrated campaigns and standout creative work.
• Impeccable craft, lateral thinking and the ability to turn briefs into original, compelling ideas.
• Experience taking ideas from initial concept through to execution across a range of channels and formats.
• A natural ability to inspire, challenge and mentor others while creating a positive, collaborative environment.
• Ambitious, energetic and low-ego creatives who care deeply about the work and bring out the best in the people around them.
