Freelance Content Creator - On screen

Location: London, hybrid
Contract: Freelance, inside IR35
Day Rate: £375-£400
Start: ASAP, ideally next week

We're looking for a confident, creative and camera-ready Content Creator to produce engaging, social-first content for well-known brands.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being in front of the camera, has a natural on-screen personality and understands how to create content that grabs attention and gets people watching.

The role

• Create engaging short-form video content for platforms including TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Confidently present and appear on camera, bringing personality, energy and authenticity to every piece of content.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop ideas that feel fresh, relevant and native to social platforms.
• Get involved in filming, scripting, content planning and editing where required.
• Bring social trends, cultural moments and audience insights into content ideas.
• Work at pace, adapting quickly to feedback in a fast-moving agency environment.

What we're looking for

• Previous agency experience creating social-first content for brands.
• Experience working with FMCG brands.
• Confidence and personality on camera, with the ability to engage an audience naturally.
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social trends.
• A creative mindset, great communication skills and a proactive approach to content creation.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your on-screen work and social content.
