Pinnacle Group are looking for a Bulk Driver to join our Soft FM division working across the Midlands. You'll be responsible for driving, collecting, loading and disposing of bulky waste, alongside carrying out grounds maintenance and cleaning duties.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a practical or outdoor role such as waste collection, grounds maintenance, cleaning or similar. You'll need to be comfortable with manual handling and the physical nature of the role, including loading and removing bulky items.

A full UK driving licence is essential and you'll need to be confident driving Wembley, Twickenham, Hayes and Hounslow. This is an ongoing temporary role working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving a vehicle to sites across Wembley, Twickenham, Hayes and Hounslow.
• Collecting, loading and removing bulky waste.
• Managing waste disposal and tipping.
• Carrying out grounds maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Ensuring the vehicle is operated safely and waste is handled and loaded appropriately.

Key requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in waste collection, grounds maintenance, cleaning or a similar practical role would be beneficial.
• Comfortable with manual handling and carrying out physical, hands-on duties.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team under a Team Leader.
