About this job
A broad interim HR role supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll and engagement activities. You'll play a key role in driving people initiatives, improving processes and supporting organisational change.

Description
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support employee relations cases including absence, performance and conduct.
- Lead recruitment activity and improve attraction strategies.
- Take ownership of payroll processes and associated queries.
- Act as a key user for HR systems including iTrent.
- Support wellbeing, engagement and organisational change projects.
- Coach managers on HR policies and best practice.
- Line manage and develop a People Officer.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the People function
Profile
- Previous employee relations or advisory experience.
- Confident supporting managers with people matters.
- Experience across recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
- HR systems experience, ideally iTrent.
