A global Financial Services technology business are currently seeking a Director/Manager level Employee Relations specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
The role is available on a hybrid basis and requires in-depth ER knowledge across HR and legal.

£600 - £700pd via Umbrella Company / PAYE

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working in complex, global environments
• Confident working in a fast paced and pressurised environment
• Background/ knowledge in law, bringing a strong employment law capability
• Experience across the UK, Ireland and European markets.
  CIPD qualified, or equivalent
• Deep HR expertise with demonstrable experience in Employee Relations.
• Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
