Team Assistant for 12 month Contract
About this job
We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a Creative company based in Central London. This role would be suitable for an Aspiring EA who has a minimum of 6 months experience. This position will be paying 30k and is a 12 month FTC.
The role
Diary management.
Meeting coordination
Events
Arranging catering and preparing meeting rooms ensuring they are correctly set up, with the correct furniture and that heating, lighting and equipment is appropriate and prepared for the meeting.
Tidying and reinstating rooms after meetings.
Arrange travel, including car, hotel, flight and transfer bookings, working according to the business’ policy and budget.
Confirming restaurant bookings, appointments and external meetings
Support with preparation for meetings including printing presentations and briefings as and when needed.
Keeping organised and detailed records of all receipts on behalf of the MT where necessary and if required for the purpose of expenses.
Covering the support team members in their absence.
Manage post collection and distribution daily.
Support the preparation and organisation of celebrations in head office
