JOB DESCRIPTION
Gaming teacher for a great 6 from college based in North East London, the college can offer the post on a part or full time basis to start in September/ASAP. They are looking a gaming teacher with experience in 2D and 3D game production pipelines, understanding of underlying game design principles and a wider knowledge of the creative media production industries. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a successful and growing department, within a supportive framework. They are keen to look over gaming teacher CVs ASAP and meet gaming teacher's over the next couple of weeks

The college is a well-established and expanding creative industry training provider with a long track record of delivering positive outcomes for learners. Their mission is to improve the lives of young people through high quality training and creative industry experiences. They have more than 400 young people per year going through our vocational training programmes including apprenticeships, and they all take qualifications in maths and English. They have great industry links and work with over 100 creative sector employers.

Technical skills required
- Programming experience - C#
- Visual scripting/basic programming skills - Bolt or similar
- Unity for 3D game production
- 3D Modelling and texturing - Blender
- Experience with Photoshop - concept art/textures for games
- Game design industry planning and research skills
- Maths for games - GCSE/A-Level level
