Description
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Providing HR advice across employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Supporting payroll, pensions and benefits administration.
- Maintaining HR systems, employee records and workforce reporting.
- Producing HR data and management information.
- Coordinating learning and development, wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Profile
- Proven HR generalist experience.
- Experience managing employee relations cases.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience using HR systems and producing reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is desirable.
Job Offer
- Day rate of £175 per day, dependent on the level of experience.
- 6 month contract with a not-for-profit organisation in London.
