Due to an exciting period of activity within the Reward function, they are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Description

Reporting into the Director of Executive Remuneration, you will play a key role in supporting executive remuneration, share plans, and global mobility programmes across the business.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting executive remuneration activities, including benchmarking, annual salary reviews, incentive outcomes, and Remuneration Committee reporting.
  • Administering employee share plans and executive equity programmes, managing grant cycles, vesting events, communications, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinating global mobility activities, including international assignments, relocations, and cross-border working arrangements.
  • Producing reward analytics, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Supporting annual reward cycles and wider reward projects.
  • Ensuring strong governance, compliance, and data integrity across reward programmes.
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external providers.


Profile

  • Previous experience within a Reward function, with exposure to Executive Remuneration, Share Plans, and/or Global Mobility.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of reward governance, compliance requirements, and best practice.
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.
