An exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the learning strategy and manage a team of trainers and assessors within a regulated environment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, driving organisational capability, compliance, leadership development and workforce growth across multiple sites.

With a strong focus on learning, compliance and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced L&D leader to help shape capability and drive organisational performance across multiple locations.
Description
- Lead and deliver the organisation's learning and development strategy, ensuring training initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of trainers and assessors, providing leadership, coaching and performance support.
- Design, implement and evaluate learning programmes to enhance employee capability, compliance and career development.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify skills gaps, future workforce needs and development priorities.
- Oversee training budgets, learning systems, policies and reporting, driving continuous improvement across all L&D activities.
- Ensure learning provision meets relevant quality, audit and compliance standards within a regulated environment.
Profile
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development leadership role.
- Background in a regulated environment such as social care, healthcare, education or safeguarding.
- Experience developing and implementing L&D strategies and leadership programmes.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passionate about developing people and driving a culture of continuous learning.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- Salary circa £47,000, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
- 12-month fixed-term contract.

- Travel expenses covered for site visits across Nottinghamshire, Somerset and Northamptonshire.
