Aspire People are currently recruiting Early Career Teachers and newly qualified primary teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

The Role:
* Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
* Planning and adapting learning to meet individual pupil needs
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting pupil progress and attainment
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations
* Working closely with teaching assistants and wider school staff
* Assessing learning and providing appropriate feedback
* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or is currently completing an ECT programme
* Has experience teaching within a primary school setting
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
* Good classroom management and communication skills
* A willingness to learn and develop professionally
* A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed
