The job pays £12.76 per hour, offers up to £1000 for referrals, career development opportunities, training up to QCF level 5, discounts, a pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Requirements include having at least 12 months of the right to work, experience in housekeeping or cleaning, and flexibility to work alternate weekends. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in communal areas, performing domestic tasks in residents' rooms, collaborating with management on hygiene standards, and providing companionship to residents.
