Main duties of the job

Join Agincare Homes Holdings as an Activities Coordinator at Sedgemoor Care Home in Weston-Super-Mare. This permanent role is perfect for someone who loves planning fun activities and bringing joy to others. As an Activities Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to use your energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to create meaningful moments for the residents. In your role, you'll plan and lead fun activities, games, crafts, and social events while organizing celebrations, outings, and entertainment to bring joy, creativity, and connection to residents. A warm, creative, and people-focused personality is essential, with an availability to work 21 hours per week, including alternate weekends, on a 2-week rolling rota schedule.
