Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and caring individual as a Lead Learning and Support Assistant to work within a mainstream school as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant.

Location: Hatfield

Contract: Contract, 5 days per week

Date: December 2026

This role will consist of

• One to one assistance creating pupil progression.
• Whole class assistance working alongside qualified and experienced teacher.
• Behaviour management of individual pupils and classes of pupils.
• Delivery of small group or individual intervention programmes
