Change and Transformation Manager

Senior Interim Change / Transformation Manager – Hybrid – South Wales

We are seeking an experienced senior Change and Transformation leader to lead a focused transformation of a Change function within a regulated environment.

This is not a traditional interim BAU leadership role. We need someone who can quickly diagnose issues, stabilise delivery, challenge existing structures and design and embed a stronger, sustainable Change function.

The assignment will involve:

• Assessing organisational structure, capability and delivery performance.
• Stabilising and improving portfolio delivery.
• Defining clear roles and decision rights.
• Redesigning the Change model.
• Strengthening governance, prioritisation and reporting.
• Improving collaboration across Change, Technology and the business.
• Developing a transformation roadmap

The ideal candidate will have senior-level Change/Transformation experience, ideally within a regulated environment, with a proven track record of entering complex functions, diagnosing underlying issues and leaving them materially stronger.

You will combine strategic operating model expertise with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, strong stakeholder management and the confidence to constructively challenge the status quo.
