Family Help Practitioner - Housing

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Family Help Practitioner for a local authority in North London.

In this role, you will support families facing homelessness through assessments, CIN visits and coordinated family support.

Duties:

• Complete Family Help Assessments to identify family needs and risks.
• Carry out Child in Need (CIN) visits and develop support plans.
• Support families experiencing homelessness, including those with NRPF.
• Coordinate multi-agency support and monitor family progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience supporting children, young people and families facing complex challenges.
• Experience completing family assessments and CIN visits.
• Experience supporting families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.
• Experience working with multi-agency professionals to coordinate family support plans.

What's on offer:

Salary: £29ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
