The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment where pupils feel supported and can reach their potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Working with pupils in whole-class settings, small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including SEN where required.
• Encouraging participation and helping maintain a safe, supportive classroom.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and wider school staff.

• Pay: £92-£120 per day, depending on experience.

• Hours: Full-time.
• Contract: Temp to perm, with the opportunity to become permanent after 16 weeks.

Who Should Apply?
