Customer Service Order Processor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Order Processorto join our friendly team based in Sittingbourne.

Our client is a global medical device company whom are a leading manufacturer of specialist medical food and equipment for enterally (tube) fed patients. Their dedicated Hospital2Home (H2H) service supports patients transitioning from the hospital back into their own homes.

The Order processor supports the department to process patient orders that have been requested via the website. This role is for someone who enjoys working as part of a friendly team and wants to make a difference to people's lives.

Details:

Job: H2H Order Processor (12 months contract)

Location: Sittingbourne - ME10 3SU

Working Hours: Monday - Friday / Fulltime / 9am to 5:30pm / 35hrs pw

Pay Rate: £13ph

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing patient orders
• Requesting prescriptions from GP surgeries via telephone and email
• Ensuring patient records are maintained accurately and kept up to date
• Manage daily workload as delegated by Team Leader
• Dealing with ad hoc administration/operation requests & tasks

Requirements:

• Professional and ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in data entry
• Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Accuracy in processing at speed
