HR Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start.

Reporting to the Head of HR, key areas of the role will include:

• Operate as an HR expert to advise, guide and support employees and managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the HR service to the organisation
• Lead complex employee relations cases, investigations and disciplinary procedures to resolution.
• Manage the administration and compliance of the HR policies & procedures

Requirements for the role:

• CIPD level 5 qualification
• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and of working across a full HR generalist remit
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to coach and influence
