Youll have the opportunity for career development and funded training (up to QCF Level 5), a refer-a-friend scheme with up to £1000, Blue Light discount, a company pension, and on-demand pay. In this role, youll create joyful moments for residents through fun, laughter, and creativity. Youll bring energy, creativity, and fun into daily life for our residents by planning engaging activities, games, quizzes, crafts, and one-to-one moments. You'll organise events like BBQs and Christmas parties, arrange visits from entertainers and local businesses, support movement and independence through fun physical activities, and lead social outings.
