An exciting global entertainment brand is looking for a Content Production Business Analyst to join their Content Production team, supporting the delivery and optimisation of digital content experiences across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Remote role but must in the UK
- London office attendance required for equipment collection
- Contract until 31st March 2027, with strong potential for extension
- Start date: 12/10/2026
- Up to £310pd Inside IR35
The Job
As the Content Production Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and executing UAT cycles for CMS releases and platform updates.
- Working closely with Content Production, Product Managers, Engineers and Project Managers to gather and document requirements.
- Ensuring content workflows are aligned with business requirements and operating efficiently.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Troubleshooting publishing, authoring and platform configuration issues.
- Creating and refining Jira tickets, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Supporting release validation, defect management and regression testing activities.
- Maintaining platform documentation, knowledge bases and user guidance materials.
- Managing stakeholder communications around releases, platform updates and operational changes.
- Supporting content publishing and production readiness during key launches and campaigns.
You
- Strong Business Analyst experience within digital, marketing, web content or martech environments.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential.
- Experience delivering UAT, QA testing and release validation activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience gathering, documenting and refining business requirements.
- Comfortable working with Jira and creating structured acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, process improvement and operational delivery skills.
- Experience with other CMS platforms would be advantageous.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced content production environment.
- Experience within gaming is not required.
