Freelance Midweight Social Designer

We're looking for a talented Midweight Social Designer to join a busy social-first agency on an initial 6-month freelance contract.

The ideal candidate will be a confident designer with a strong understanding of social content, digital campaigns and visual storytelling.

The Role:

• Create social-first creative across static, carousel and digital formats

• Develop campaign assets and visual concepts

• Adapt and roll out creative across multiple social platforms

• Work from briefs and contribute your own creative ideas

• Collaborate with Social Creatives, Art Directors and Copywriters

• Create content that feels native to each platform

• Work across multiple brands and briefs at pace

What we're looking for:

• Strong portfolio of social and digital design work

• Agency experience, ideally within a social or creative agency

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills

• Understanding of social formats and platform behaviour

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple briefs

• Motion/video skills would be a bonus

Details:

• Initial 6-month freelance contract

• £325 per day

• Outside IR35

• London hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office

• Social-first agency

• Potential for extension
