Operational Readiness Manager / Migration Lead - Pensions Administration

We are seeking an experienced senior programme or transition leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale operational transitions, cutovers, business readiness and change initiatives within complex regulated environments, with pensions, financial services or large-scale administration transformation experience.

Key candidate profile:

• Senior Transition, Operational Readiness, Business Readiness or Cutover Lead
• Strong programme delivery and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers
• Proven delivery of large-scale operational transitions and go-lives
• Experience of migration, asset transfer, reconciliation or complex operational change
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels

Financial services, pensions, administration transformation experience
