HR Project Manager - Policy Standardisation Change - Retail Sector

On behalf of our leading Retail client, we are looking for a proven HR Project or Programme Manager to help deliver a programme of work focusing on group wide policy standardisation. Most of the policy change has been designed by SME's so this is mainly focusing on structuring, governance, reporting and primarily delivering this work with tangible milestones. Please note this is on the business side of HR Change (any experience of HR/TUPE/Org Change/ Policy/TOM etc) rather than HR systems or any technical change. The client are looking for someone who has worked for fast-paced, complex and ideally global organisations that aren't too process or governance heavy and can take the lead and work with senior stakeholders within the business.

Experience Required:

- Strong business change PM or Programme Manager
- HR Transformation (from the business side) - this is essential
- Proven record working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management to Director level
- Immediatly available
- Willing to be in London or Southampton 2-3 days per week
