About this job

Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (UK-based, ability to travel to London City office if needed)

Duration: 6 Months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Marketing Manager to turn priority Applications Sales Plays and Use Cases into execution-ready EMEA pipeline motions. The role will orchestrate Sales Play readiness and marketing activation across Fusion Applications, including ERP, EPM/Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, Procurement, CX and relevant industry solutions.

This is an orchestration and activation role rather than a traditional Product Marketing or seller-content creation role. The successful candidate will connect Product Marketing and subject-matter expertise with EMEA COO/Business Development, Field Marketing, central Marketing, Enablement, Partner and other execution teams, ensuring that priority plays have the right scope, messaging, marketing assets, actions, owners and measurement to execute effectively.

The candidate will act as a bridge between Applications strategy and EMEA execution: driving stakeholder alignment, removing readiness gaps, developing marketing-specific activation content with SMEs, refining SDR/partner-ready propositions, and feeding field learning back into the Sales Play and demand-generation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Applications Sales Play Orchestration
  • Orchestrate priority Applications Sales Plays using the agreed Sales Play / Demand Generation process and ensure each play is execution-ready for EMEA.
  • Coordinate across EMEA COO/Business Development teams, Applications GTM/portfolio owners, Product Marketing, HQ teams, SMEs and relevant marketing stakeholders.
  • Validate play scope, target audience, Use Case alignment, readiness, required assets, activation actions, ownership, timelines and measurement.
  • Build and manage practical activation plans, work-back schedules, dependencies and stakeholder checkpoints to move plays from strategy into execution.
  • Identify gaps or blockers early, secure the right SME/HQ input and drive decisions at pace.
  • Orchestrate enablement as part of the Sales Play execution plan, while working with the teams that own seller-facing content, speakers, setup and delivery.
  1. Marketing Activation Content
  • Create the marketing-specific content required to activate priority Applications Sales Plays and Use Cases, working closely with SMEs and Product Marketing.
  • Develop or shape customer-centric session assets for events and webinars around priority Applications topics and Use Cases.
  • Create event kits, demo/content recommendations, content plans and activation briefs that help Field Marketing and central Marketing execute effectively.
  • Identify requirements for digital, campaign or other marketing assets and route them to the appropriate central teams for definition and delivery.
  • Ensure marketing activation content is consistent with approved product positioning, customer outcomes, target personas and the selected Sales Play / Use Case.
  1. SDR & Partner Activation
  • Translate approved Applications propositions into practical, customer-ready outbound messaging for SDR and partner-led motions.
  • Refine messaging scripts, talk tracks, campaign propositions, references and calls-to-action with SMEs and relevant owners.
  • Ensure outbound activation remains aligned to the Sales Play, Use Case, audience and approved Applications positioning.
  • Support coordinated outbound campaigns without duplicating content owned by Product Marketing, SMEs, Enablement or central teams.
  1. Field Feedback, Measurement & Scale
  • Engage EMEA execution stakeholders to understand play adoption, execution gaps, support needs and what is or is not working in market.
  • Capture and synthesize field feedback and feed learning into Sales Play, campaign and stakeholder priorities.
  • Track activation readiness, adoption, engagement and pipeline indicators with relevant analytics and demand-generation teams.
  • Use data and feedback to recommend refinements and improve repeatability and execution quality across EMEA.
  • Share clear status, risks, dependencies and business updates with marketing and GTM leadership.
