• Hold QTS or a recognised primary teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or BEd – essential
• Have experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Are reliable, adaptable and committed to achieving high standards for pupils

Please note: these opportunities are specifically for qualified Primary Teachers. Candidates without QTS or a recognised primary teaching qualification will not be considered.

As a Supply Teacher, you may be required to:

• Take responsibility for classes during teacher absence or work in a longer-term teaching role
• Deliver pre-set lessons and learning activities effectively
• Maintain a calm, positive and engaging classroom environment
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies and expectations

The Supply Register is a Managed Service Provider (MSP). We work directly with Step Academy Trust to manage their supply staffing requirements, giving you a direct route into our partner schools and access to opportunities across the trust.
