As a Graduate TA, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support teaching, learning and student progress. Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-to-one and small-group classroom support
• Supporting learning, engagement and academic progress
• Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
• Supporting targeted interventions
• Providing SEN/SEND support where required
• Working with SEN, Inclusion and pastoral teams
• Promoting positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment

Requirements:Graduate Teaching Assistant - Ealing | Immediate Start

• 2:2 degree or higher in any subject
• Experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, coaching or employment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in education and teacher training
• Reliable, enthusiastic and committed approach
• Commitment to a full academic year

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant, Tutor or Mentor is desirable but not essential.
