Are you an experienced FE curriculum leader with a strong background in Business, Digital, IT or related subjects?

We are currently supporting an FE college based in East London to appoint an experienced Interim Head of Faculty - Business & Digital.

The Role

You will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Business and Digital faculty, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery, strong learner outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading and managing the Business & Digital curriculum
* Line managing Curriculum Managers and teaching staff
* Driving learner recruitment, retention, achievement and progression
* Leading quality improvement and performance against KPIs
* Overseeing curriculum planning, development and growth
* Managing staffing, resources and faculty budgets
* Using data and performance information to drive improvement
* Working with employers and stakeholders to develop relevant provision

About You

We are looking for:

* Significant recent experience leading post-16/FE curriculum provision
* Previous experience at Curriculum Manager, Head of Department, Head of Faculty or similar level
* Strong knowledge of FE curriculum planning, quality and funding
* Experience managing staff, budgets and performance
* A proven track record of improving teaching, learning and learner outcomes
* A full teaching qualification, or currently working towards one
* A degree or equivalent qualification
