We offer £13.76 per hour, a refer a friend scheme (up to £1000), outstanding career development, and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light discount package, company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. We seek candidates with a minimum 12 months right to work in the UK, Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3), a Night Senior Care Assistant to work 30 hours per week from 8pm to 8am including working alternative weekends, and a caring, confident team player with leadership qualities. Your role involves delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, administering medication safely and accurately, contributing to and reviewing care plans, leading activities, outings, and meaningful engagement, and supporting and guiding team members, stepping up when needed. Supporting people to live with comfort and joy in a place they call home is something truly special and youll feel that difference every day.
