Main duties of the job
Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. No experience is needed, your kindness can make a real difference. You'll receive outstanding career development with funded training, a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, and up to £12.76 per hour. You will be providing personal care and support, administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting activities and social engagement to promote dignity and independence. Opportunities are available for night and bank care assistants. Female applicants only, in compliance with the Equality Act 2010, as the role involves providing personal care to women to preserve their dignity and privacy.
