We are partnering with a well-established membership organisation seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across multiple business areas, providing meaningful financial support and helping shape strategic outcomes.
The Role
This is a highly visible business partnering role responsible for delivering proactive financial, commercial and analytical support across several business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting, while developing strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support and business partnering services across multiple departments.
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior managers and budget holders.
- Deliver insightful monthly and ad hoc management reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Prepare financial analysis, reconciliations and business case modelling to support decision-making.
- Provide commercial advice and financial insight on key projects and initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to improve financial performance and accountability.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to develop and enhance financial processes and controls.
- CCAB-qualified accountant.
- Previous experience working autonomously in a Finance Business Partner role.
- Strong experience within a complex organisational environment.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Well-organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- 7 month contract paying circa £60,000
- Hybrid working 2 days a week in central London
