We've got a fantastic opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join one of London's leading branding agencies on an exciting 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great chance to join a growing global business and work closely with the Senior FP&A team, helping turn numbers into insights that genuinely influence business decisions.

As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the agency's global operations. You'll bring together financial and operational data from multiple regions, make sense of the detail and turn it into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop financial models, improve reporting processes and help introduce automation and digital tools that make the team smarter, faster and more efficient.

What you'll be doing

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support the Group Senior FP&A Analyst with timely and accurate group reporting across all regions.
• Work closely with regional finance teams to ensure consistent, high-quality global reporting.
• Consolidate and analyse key business metrics, including revenue projections, new business pipeline, intercompany balances, freelancer spend, headcount movements and P&L variances.
• Prepare the Executive Summary and Management Accounts presentation using consolidated group figures for the leadership team.
• Get involved in pricing analysis, margin improvement and cost management initiatives.
• Partner with regional and group finance teams to continually improve reporting quality and consistency.
• Support client reporting requirements and build bespoke financial models where needed.
• Provide insightful analysis and commentary to help drive better business decisions.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear, engaging insights that make sense to non-financial stakeholders.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is analytical, commercially minded and confident working with data, with a real eye for detail.

You'll ideally have:

• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, VSTACK, SUMIFS, PivotTables and Power Query.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience consolidating and analysing data from multiple systems and sources.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently.
• Experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence tool.
• Exposure to FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
• Experience within a professional services, agency or project-based environment.
